The Originals Store allows artists to handle the entire transaction, including shipping. Artrepreneur only provides a platform for artists to showcase and sell their work but does not participate in the transaction, production, or shipping. On the other hand, the GiclƩe Print Shop is managed entirely by Artrepreneur, from printing to shipping and payment collection.

2. How is the shipping handled for artworks from the Originals Store?

Since artists handle the entire transaction in the Originals Store, they are responsible for shipping their artworks. However, due to the platform’s structure, shipping costs cannot be determined accurately at the time of purchase. Therefore, artists are advised to calculate a general shipping cost that would cover any destination within the United States. This ensures that they are not at a loss regardless of where the artwork is shipped domestically. If a buyer from overseas is interested, the artist and buyer can discuss and finalize the shipping costs directly.

3. How is the order fulfillment process managed for the GiclƩe Print Shop?

For the GiclƩe Print Shop, Artrepreneur oversees the entire order fulfillment process. Once an artwork is sold, it undergoes a printing and manufacturing process that takes 2-3 business days. The prints are then shipped in a poster tube via UPS ground within the United States. Since Artrepreneur handles the entire process, shipping costs can be calculated accurately at the time of checkout.
