Community Guidelines

Last Updated March 26, 2024

I. Introduction

Artrepreneur is a comprehensive platform designed for artists, designers, art lovers, creative organizations, and other visual arts community members to showcase their creative work, buy and sell art, discover opportunities, and interact within a global network of talented creatives. Our diverse ecosystem encompasses several distinct but interconnected components: Artrepreneur itself, which is home to the Originals Store, the Giclée Print Shop, and Showrooms exclusive to Pro members; ATP.art, our art consultancy division, which utilizes the Collection Tool to facilitate client selections from the Commercial Ready Program; and the Readymade Store. Each component is tailored to provide unique features and opportunities for creative expression and commercial engagement, supporting our community members in pursuing artistic and entrepreneurial success.

While Artrepreneur is the foundational platform for user-generated content, member interaction, and art transactions, ATP.art extends our commitment to connecting artists with commercial opportunities. Similarly, the Readymade Store offers curated artworks for commercial and personal spaces, operating with distinct features facilitated by the Shopify platform.

We hope our platforms empower our members to pursue their creative passions across multiple channels. To support this, we have established these Community Guidelines as a Code of Conduct to foster a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment across Artrepreneur, ATP.art, and the Readymade Store. These guidelines are designed to ensure that all members, regardless of which platform they engage with, can be successful artrepreneurs.

All members must adhere to these Guidelines, which are incorporated into our Terms of Service, and respect the unique aspects and requirements of each platform within the Artrepreneur ecosystem.
