Return Policy for Giclée Prints

All works available as Giclée prints are reviewed by our curatorial staff for print quality before being made available for purchase. Our expert print artisans then review each print after it is printed and shipped to ensure quality. Therefore, Artepreneur does not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than your receipt of a print that (1) is not the artwork or size you ordered, (2) has a clear manufacturing defect, 3) was damaged during shipping. Please contact support should you have any questions regarding your print.

This return policy ONLY applies to unsigned Giclées that are printed and shipped by Artrepreneur. Artwork sold directly by the Seller may have a different return policy as Artrepreneur is not involved in that transaction. It only provides a forum for the Seller to list the work. Artrepreneur is not involved in the transaction nor the Sellers’ shipping or return policy. If you have any issues when purchasing directly from the artist (I.e., from the Originals Store),  please contact the Seller.
