A selection of work using different media exploring the changing seasons, often initiated using found site specific pigments on location. Sketches and materials are brought back to Ivan’s studio where he builds on need to express and delve into the impression gathered. Ivan uses both paint and drawing to develop images that are reminiscent of both place and time bringing a unique quality to his work.
