I like to describe my digital neo paintings from the BAROQUE PASSION work group as emotional peacemakers, because they invite the viewer to withdraw from reality for a moment in order to devote themselves to the unconscious - to simply pause for a moment, that to find your own holy peace of mind and to dwell in the now. Because all too often our everyday lives are characterized by emulating the next goals, the race against time. This is where my artistic approach lies, by making the viewer of my art aware that there is a higher goal for our lives and that I would like to describe it with terms such as mindfulness, gratitude, peacefulness and meaningfulness. Because all of this is embedded deep in our soul, is accessible at any time and is only covered up by the hectic noise of everyday life.
