I create art for people who crave stillness in a chaotic world. My nature-inspired paintings are rooted in the belief that beauty, peace, and faith aren’t luxuries — they’re lifelines. Long before I became a professional artist, I knew what it felt like to quietly search for a sense of belonging. Art helped me find it. Nature deepened it. And now, I help others rediscover it — through the spaces they live in and the images they surround themselves with.
My journey began at 15, in a high school life drawing class with 70s folk rock playing in the background and the smell of gesso in the air. As a shy teen, discovering my own drawing style gave me confidence. In the welcoming art room, I felt free to be myself for the first time. That experience planted the seed for everything that followed.
Growing up in Southern California, I spent weekends and church retreats exploring the coast, the desert, and the mountains. That’s where I first felt a deep spiritual connection to nature — a quiet awareness of something greater than myself. I experienced God’s presence in those landscapes, and that peace still moves through everything I paint. Nature, to me, is alive and always renewing — a sacred rhythm that brings healing, perspective, and calm.
That sacred connection is at the heart of my work.
Today, I paint with the intention of helping others bring that same sense of stillness and soulful beauty into their lives. Each piece is created as a visual retreat — a daily reminder to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Before becoming a full-time artist, I spent over a decade in commercial interior design, creating spaces that reflected identity and intention. That experience gave me an intuitive understanding of balance, light, and flow — qualities that now inform my compositions and how my art lives in a room. After raising my family, I returned to art more fully, earning an Associate of Arts degree from Dallas College and immersing myself in the local creative community.
Since 2020, my work has been featured in juried shows across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as well as on platforms like Artrepreneur and Artsy Shark. But the most meaningful part of my journey is knowing my paintings now live in homes where they offer peace, inspiration, and a quiet moment of connection.
