Al Serino is a landscape painter born in Brooklyn, who obtained his bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts College of Art. He uses Chinese and North American artistic styles to create landscapes, still life and portraiture paintings with surrealist influences.For over 12 years, he has worked as an art director and instructor at the Institute of Fine Arts. He has been painting full time since 1990s. His landscape paintings have been presented in some of the most prestigious galleries within the United States and Canada. In addition to that, out of his studio in Brooklyn Serino hosts a number of workshops for students learning how to paint or who want to learn about all things related with visual arts like him!Serino has been widely recognized as one of New York’s most important plein air impressionist artists.
