Avi (Avshalom ) work is not confined by any one style. He enjoys experimenting and defining a unique style to himself. Avi creates a unique expression of color and texture that enables you to “dive in” or “get lost” in the artwork letting your mind wonders free and feeling at ease. Avi is known for his 3D style paintings where he paints the sides (and top, and bottom) of the painting frame and not just the front of the canvas, enabling viewing the painting from the side, from above, from below, and not just the front. Avi uses at times “Gallery frame” with 1.5” to 2.5” deep that enhances the 3D effect of the artwork. The “Gallery frame” 3D style paintings do not require additional framing and ready to be hanging as is.
